Conclusion
PCWizKid thought that this small little cooler did a good job for the price point, which makes it perfect for someone looking to upgrade their default stock cooler. However I would have liked to see additional heat pipes to make this even better! the use of copper in the pipes and the base makes the overall heat dissipation properties of the cooler better and is what PCWizKid recommends. IF you are not planning to overclock but want a cool and quiet HTPC, this also can be a great choice. PCWizKid recommends this for value entry level CPU cooling for under $20 USD.
