PCWizKid has the opportunity to review mainstream speakers for the casual user.  For those on a budget looking to get some satelite speakers , with or without oa sub-woofer, Eagle Tech has a series called Arion which comes in several flavours.

The first speaker set is the Eagle Arion ET-AR502-BK whch comes with two 3 inch satellite speakers and one sub-woofer.  The second alternative set which costs less is the Eagle Arion ET-AR302-BK which is very similar however it does not include the sub-woofer.

Conclusions

As mentioned in the video review PCWizKid understands that many people aer eon a budget looking for the basics when buying PC components.  In this case when it comes to sound the ET-AR502-BK has a terrific subwoofer that gives enough base to satisfy those looking to listen to a wide range of tunes as well as gaming.  However if you are looking to save even more money the ET-AR302-BK provides the trimmed version without the subwoofer for the essential sound and listing through your PC or laptop.  PCWizKid really enjoyed the ET-AR502-BK though with its subwoofer and wooden enclosure it gave clarity and strengh to what was tested.  For the price point of these speakers however don't expect 7.1 surround sound.  These are terrific little speakers for those looking to for decent sound on a budget.  This is why PCWizKid recommends these speakers as a great little deal for under $30 US.
