Building upon the first version of the Full Tower 932 HAF (High Air Flow Series) case reviewed last year by PCWizKid, we have today the 2nd release of this full tower design, the HAF X (that's X for eXtreme) which brings improvements and new features. Designed for performance systems this chassis is able to house today's latest and hottest CPUs, motherboards, graphics cards and is even compatible with USB 3.0 devices.With specialized support and cooling for graphic cards, massive airflow with the help of up to four gigantic fans and easy access to installed components.
At first look from the outside, the Cooler Master HAF X seems vary much like its predecessor the 932 HAF, however taking a closer look you notice the side panel window is larger and the top area has been improved. Conclusion
Another High Air Flow Hit by Cooler Master with the HAF X series. This case though heavy brings many improvements which not only make your life easier to install and swap components, but additional extreme cooling options and support that kick up a notch your gaming rig to the next level of coolness. The style is rugged alright! and it is built like tank! I can see easily installing 3 video cards, just ensure you remove the inside panel fan vent that may touch the cards if it becomes a problem. I would have liked to see a dust filter on the bottom PSU intake area for prevention of dust, something that once again is missing. Other than that as shown in the video review this is a well rounded extreme case with many impreovements for those looking to build a monster PC.
